Tools · Uqab Mailer by Metrixan
Controlled email outreach from your own mailbox, with every send accounted for.
Uqab Mailer sends campaigns and follow-ups through your own mailbox, one message at a time, within the hours and pace you set. It imports leads from Uqab, a CSV or an XLSX, reads replies and bounces from your inbox, and never resends an email whose outcome it cannot prove.
Uqab Mailer by Metrixan
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
- A mailbox: Gmail / Google Workspace with Google sign-in, or any provider that allows SMTP and IMAP with an app password
- About 120 MB of disk space
Before you install The Metrixan licensing service is live. Continue Free activates in both tools with a 6-digit email code and never expires: Uqab saves up to 10 new businesses a day, Uqab Mailer sends 3 emails a day from one mailbox. Paid plans activate with a license key once purchasing opens.
Why Uqab Mailer
Follow-ups that stop themselves
A reply matched in your inbox stops that lead's automatic follow-ups; an unsubscribe or a hard bounce blocks the address. The Responses page shows replies, unsubscribes, bounces and problems in one place.
Sending at a pace you can defend
Daily caps and a ramp per mailbox, send windows, randomised gaps between sends, hard-bounce protection that pauses a mailbox, and a Queue page that says why nothing is going out and what happens next.
Your Gmail, connected without a password
Connect Gmail or Google Workspace with Google sign-in in your browser; the app asks only to send email and to read your inbox for replies and bounces, and never changes or deletes anything in it. Any other mailbox works with an app password.
Never sent twice
Each message is claimed once. A send whose outcome could not be confirmed is held and reconciled against your Sent folder; nothing is resent automatically.
Leads in without retyping
Uqab exports are imported automatically from the folder Uqab writes to; any CSV or Excel file imports through a column mapper with saved presets. Each client keeps its own workspace.
Everything on your PC
Leads, campaigns and history live in a local database; passwords and tokens live in Windows Credential Manager, never in the database; daily backups with restore.
What it means day to day
Time it saves
Follow-up sequences, send timing, reply detection and bounce handling run on their own within the limits you set, so the daily work is reading replies and recording outcomes on the Today page rather than tracking who was emailed when.
Easy to set up
Run the installer (no administrator rights needed), add a mailbox - Google sign-in, or an app password with the server settings filled in for Gmail, Microsoft 365 and cPanel - then point it at your Uqab folder or import a spreadsheet. A Launch Check lists blockers and warnings before a campaign can go live, and a "?" explains every feature.
Safeguards you can check
Email leaves your computer directly for your own mail provider; the only Metrixan service contacted is licensing, which never receives addresses or content. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are shown as Pass, Warning or Could not verify, every campaign email carries a List-Unsubscribe header, and "unsubscribe" replies are honoured automatically.
Features
Every feature below ships in version 1.3.0. Each group opens in the complete catalogue.
Mailboxes and sending
- Connect Gmail / Google Workspace with Google sign-in
- Ordinary mailboxes over SMTP and IMAP
Campaigns and messages
- Plain-text templates with placeholders and fallbacks; Message Sets combine an initial message with follow-ups on the days you choose
- Follow-up sequences frozen at enrolment; a blank follow-up subject continues the same thread
Replies and outcomes
- Reply detection matches by In-Reply-To, then References, then sender; a reply stops all further follow-ups for that lead
- Bounce handling
Leads and organisation
- Workspaces
- Today page
Privacy, backups and help
- The database stays on your PC and is never uploaded to Metrixan; the only Metrixan service the app talks to is licensing
- Passwords and Google tokens live only in Windows Credential Manager
Free for ever, not a trial
- 3 emails a day from one mailbox, for ever; campaigns, follow-ups, manual and test sends all count
- Importing, reviewing, planning and everything else work without a plan; until a plan is chosen nothing is sent and the Queue page says so
- A paid plan removes the daily limit and the one-mailbox rule on one computer at a time; deactivate to move it
