What this site collects

Browsing this website does not require an account and does not involve a login. The site does not set marketing or advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising or social-media trackers.

The contact form

If you send an enquiry, the details you enter - your name, email address, business or project name, optional country or time zone, your answers about the situation, and your message - are transmitted to Metrixan and used solely to respond to that enquiry.

• Your details are not added to any marketing list.
• Your details are not sold or shared with third parties.
• Correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and any engagement that follows from it.

You can also contact Metrixan directly by email at contactus@metrixan.com or by WhatsApp. Messages sent over WhatsApp are additionally subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

The Operations Health Check

The Health Check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and your result are not transmitted anywhere when you complete it. If you choose "Include this result with an enquiry", a short summary of the result is stored temporarily in your browser and attached to your enquiry only when you send the contact form. If you never send the form, the summary never leaves your device.

Analytics

This site is prepared for privacy-conscious, cookie-free analytics that count visits in aggregate without identifying visitors. No analytics that identify individuals are used, and no form content, Health Check answers, or personal details are ever sent to any analytics service.

Hosting and technical data

Like almost every website, the server that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, requested page, and time) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used to profile visitors.

Your rights

You may ask what information Metrixan holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contactus@metrixan.com and the request will be handled directly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
