What this website is

This website describes Metrixan's services and provides general information about business operations and systems. Its content is informational: it is not professional advice for any specific business situation, and it does not create a client relationship. Advice for your situation comes from an agreed engagement, not from a web page.

Self-assessment tools

The Operations Health Check and other interactive tools on this site are structured self-assessments based on the answers you provide. They are not audits, not formal diagnoses, and not guarantees of any outcome. Demonstration interfaces on this site use entirely synthetic data and fictional names; they do not depict real clients.

Engagements

Any consulting or delivery work is governed by the written terms agreed for that engagement, not by this website. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Metrixan unless otherwise stated. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution; you may not republish substantial parts of the site or use the Metrixan name or logo without permission.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
  • Do not use the contact form to send unlawful or abusive content.
  • Do not scrape the site to build misleading representations of Metrixan.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. Metrixan takes reasonable care over accuracy but does not warrant that every piece of content is free of errors, and accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of website content without an engagement.

External links

Links to external sites (such as LinkedIn or WhatsApp) are provided for convenience. Metrixan is not responsible for external content or the privacy practices of external services.

Software: Uqab and Uqab Mailer

These terms apply when you install or use Uqab (a Chrome extension) or Uqab Mailer (a Windows application). They sit alongside the Privacy Policy, which describes the data each product handles.

Metrixan is the brand and trading name under which the software is offered. The legal entity behind it, its address and the governing law of these terms will be published here before the products go on sale.

Licence

  • Metrixan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software for your own business or personal use, under the plan you hold.
  • The Free plan is permanent. It is a real product with a daily allowance (Uqab: 10 new businesses a day; Uqab Mailer: 3 emails a day from one mailbox), not a trial that ends.
  • A paid plan (7-day pass, monthly, 6 months or annual for Uqab; monthly, 6 months or annual for Uqab Mailer) removes the daily allowance for its term. Every plan, Free included, is active on one computer at a time; you may move it by deactivating it on the previous computer.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, share licence keys, or reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the software.

Your data and your responsibilities

  • The business data you collect, the leads you import and the messages you write are yours. The software never sends them to Metrixan.
  • You are responsible for using the software lawfully: for respecting the terms of the websites you search (Google Maps, Bing Maps and the business websites you choose to visit), for the content of the email you send, for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient under the rules that apply to you, and for honouring unsubscribe requests. The software helps - it paces sending, adds unsubscribe headers, stops a lead's automatic follow-ups when a reply is matched, blocks an address after an unsubscribe or a hard bounce, and retries a soft bounce only within its retry and threshold rules - but it cannot make a campaign lawful for you.
  • Metrixan may suspend plan activations or the Free allowance where the software is used to send unsolicited bulk email, to evade the limits of a source, or in breach of these terms. Your local data is never touched by a suspension.

Availability, updates and support

  • Plans depend on the Metrixan licensing service. When it cannot be reached, a paid plan keeps working for a grace period and the Free plan waits; your local data is always available.
  • Once its listing is published, Uqab is updated through the Chrome Web Store. Uqab Mailer checks once a day whether a newer version exists, shows a notice, and is updated by downloading and running the newer installer; it never installs anything by itself.
  • Support is provided by email at contactus@metrixan.com on a reasonable-efforts basis.

Purchases, warranty and liability

  • Paid plans are purchased at checkout from Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record; its terms govern the payment itself. The refund terms for Metrixan plans will be published here before the products go on sale.
  • The software is provided as described on this site. Metrixan does not warrant any particular number of results, any delivery or reply rate, or that any source will remain available in its current form.
  • To the extent the law allows, Metrixan's liability in connection with the software is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
